Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Include proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Used, damaged, or altered items.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons (such as changing their mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets our return conditions.
