Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi: 1–3 business days
  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • The customer refuses to accept the order,

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the package and product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
